Jill is an organisational psychologist and executive coach who works with organisations, teams, and individual leaders to unlock meaningful, sustainable change. With a strong focus on psychological wellbeing and systemic awareness, Jill helps clients create healthier workplace cultures, more connected and effective teams, and leadership that’s confident, adaptive, and ready.
Whether working at an organisational level or one-on-one, Jill brings a rare combination of deep insight and practical tools. She’s known for her ability to challenge with compassion, holding space for reflective thinking while guiding clients towards action and impact. Her approach helps people understand the systems they operate in, build clarity and resilience, and make changes that last.
Jill has extensive experience consulting, facilitating, and coaching across the public, voluntary, and private sectors. Her clients include the NHS, Deloitte, LVMH, St John Ambulance, and Missing People. Before becoming a coach and consultant, she held senior HR roles—including as a European HR Director—giving her a firsthand understanding of the pressures and possibilities of organisational life.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Organisational Psychology, Jill is researching leadership and workplace cultures that support mental health and deliver positive societal outcomes. She lives in London with her partner and young son, and recharges through travel and yoga.
