Who we are
We are a team of values-led, business psychologists who are on a mission to put the human back at the heart of business.
We set up honne to help you develop your leaders and culture so that work becomes life-enhancing, for those who work for you, for the planet and for the communities you serve.
We believe:
In showing up with integrity in everything we do
The future needs us all to choose to be a force for good in the world
Strategy, purpose, and people should – and can - work in harmony
In people and our human potential to make a positive impact
Disrupting the system and developing the individual at the same time brings the greatest results
In the value of diversity and that one size doesn’t fit all
The honne team
